How to Participate

Please fill out the registration form (see here). The form can be submitted either as hardcopy or softcopy (via email), not later than August 31 for contributed speaker candidate and October 22 for attendant candidate.

Participation types

*Classification codes:

Sc: scientist (laboratory etc.), Lc: lecturer, Gv: government, Pr: private (enterprise etc.), Soc: social and people, St: student
Legal and appropriate ID (or any other proper identifier) is strongly requested to show when register to match the participation classification.

**Discount system:

• 20% for A and 25% for B during May and June 2009
• 10% for A and 15% for B during July 2009
• 10% for B during August and September 2009

The participation fee will cover proceeding, seminar kit, paper, certificate, transportation, lunch and coffee breaks.

1. Bank transfer

   The transfer receipt should be attached to the registration form. If you plan to register via email, please attach the scanned receipt and show the original on opening registration.

2. On site payment (before opening ceremony)
   This method is an alternative for attendance purpose only.
3. Visiting the secretariat
   The secretariat will open on 9 AM until 4 PM on Monday - Friday until October 22, 2009
